Frasers Group has bought The Mall Shopping Centre in Luton for £58m after it was put up for sale by Capital & Regional last year.

The c.900,000 sq. ft Luton mall houses over 150 retailers including Primark, TK Maxx, and H&M.

The business said the “acquisition further demonstrates Frasers Group’s ongoing investment and commitment to the long-term future of physical retail”, providing attractive
