FTC may file antitrust suit against Amazon

The Federal Trade Commission is working on a potential suit against Amazon.com that would single out business practices of the retail and technology giant as being anticompetitive. Amazon has not yet had late stage meetings with the FTC to address specific charges ahead of the agency filing charges.
