After Situ Live opened its first physical store in London Westfield, White City, in October 2021, it received widespread industry recognition for its approach to retail marketing, including winning the Editor’s Choice Award at the 2021 RTIH Innovation Awards.

It works with the likes of Bosch, Intel, Meta, Phillips and Lutron.

With support from Westfield Group, Situ Live has plans for expansion in 2023, adding a sustainable lifestyle focused proposition.

This will feature product categories inside and outside of the home such as electric vehicles, clean energy and green technology.

Luke Davis, CEO at IW Capital, says: “This investment will enable the company to continue its exponential growth.”

“Situ Live has reinvented the consumer shopping experience by blending traditional and digital retail marketing, encouraging consumers to interact with brands in a whole new way.”

Warren Richmond, CEO at Situ Live, comments: “Situ Live aims to be the home of immersive shopping by reinventing the consumer shopping experience, focusing on storytelling within the retail marketing space.”

“We are excited to be working with IW Capital to help further develop our digital platform and increase sales and marketing activity, to enable our expansion plans.”

2022 RTIH Innovation Awards

Richmond was a member of the judging panel for the 2022 RTIH Innovation Awards.

Our 2022 winners were revealed at a sold out event in central London on Tuesday, 6th December.

RTIH Editor, Scott Thompson, said: “Innovation and technology play a critical role in the success of the retail sector, so it is great to recognise standout examples through our awards.”

“Thanks to all those who entered the 2022 event. We received a record number of submissions and many fantastic examples of the continued resilience and dynamism of the retail space during hugely challenging times.”

“Congratulations to our 2022 retail technology hall of fame entrants.”
