Helen Dickinson, Chief Executive at the British Retail Consortium, says: “We welcome our new partnership with the Retail Technology Show and look forward to supporting its fantastic event in April 2023.”

“Retail is a fast paced, innovative industry which relies on new technology and ideas to constantly improve the way it meets the needs of its customers.”

“We hope this partnership will complement the BRC’s own digital transformation change programme, which aims to support the retail community in better meeting the digital needs of its customers and clients.”

“This work is built on four key pillars: technology and infrastructure; talent and skills; leadership and culture; and customer experience.”

Matt Bradley, Event Director at the Retail Technology Show, comments: “The BRC is not only one of the foremost champions of retail, but it is the voice of the sector, campaigning for key initiatives, programmes and causes that bring the industry together and ready it for future success.”

“Its passion for supporting retail is mirrored by our founding mission to be an event platform that serves the needs of the industry, helping to bring together retailers and innovators to accelerate the digital transformation needed for success.”

“We’re thrilled to formally partner with the BRC in 2023 and look forward to delivering combined value to both the BRC’s membership and the 8,400+ retailers who visit the Retail Technology Show.”
