UK-based Scurri, a software provider focused on the e-commerce ordering, shipping and delivery process, has announced its integration with HIVED.

This will allow retailers on the Scurri platform to deliver online orders emission free, nationwide collection and delivery across the Greater London area.

HIVED’s emission free output is achieved by use of only electric vehicles and bikes for its deliveries.

Through the integration, Scurri will offer same-day, next-day and two-day delivery services for retailers.

“Both retailers and consumers are becoming increasingly aware of the impact delivery can have on our environment, and are beginning to tackle this issue,” says Rory O’Connor, CEO and Founder at Scurri.

“HIVED is a brilliant carrier for us to add to our network, as it does just that. Customer service is another area we are seeing discussed more and more, and the ability for consumers to receive their packages within the same day of ordering creates huge satisfaction.”

“We’re thrilled to share the news of our integration with Scurri, as it is an extremely powerful tool that makes fulfilling online orders seamless,” adds Jack Follett, Growth Lead at HIVED.

“Our vision is to shift standards and expectations in the delivery sector, across reliability, customer service and environmental impact.”

“Our approach of paying drivers fairly, owning the whole parcel journey and using only emission free electric vehicles is dramatically improving customer experiences and we look forward to providing this service to a new group of retailers using the Scurri platform.”

Asos

HIVED, a startup that was founded in 2021, recently announced a partnership with Asos to fulfil the fast fashion pureplay’s same-day delivery orders in Greater London.

Adam Scholes, Director of Delivery Solutions at Asos, said: “Through Asos Instant, our customers can place an order during the day and receive it to their door that evening – vital for those last minute purchases that just can’t wait.”

“It’s great to be launching this new partnership with HIVED for Asos Instant deliveries into Greater London, as we continue our journey to reduce emissions from our operations.”
