Retail Store Tours will launch an updated platform on Nov. 3, 2022 that will feature 25 new markets. The platform will support both RST’s in-person and virtual experiences to help uncover opportunities for innovation, performance improvement and revenue, building on the company’s virtual offering that launched in May 2020.

Visitors to the new platform will find featured retail locations in U.S. cities including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Chicago, Orlando, Fla. and San Francisco. International regions include:

  • Paris;
  • Provence, France;
  • London;
  • Milan;
  • Rome;
  • Düsseldorf, Germany;
  • Barcelona, Spain;
  • Madrid;
  • Amsterdam;
  • South Korea;
  • Japan;
  • Beijing;
  • Singapore;
  • Shanghai;
  • Bangkok;
  • Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;
  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and
  • Mexico City.

RST has partnered with the National Retail Federation and has led guided store tours during the NRF Big Show, which takes place each January in New York City, since 2017, and will continue to serve as the official store tour program of NRF 2023. During previous editions of the Big Show, guests led by retail experts have toured shopping districts such as Hudson Yards, Oculus, SoHo and Midtown Manhattan.
